How do I pay for my order?

We process all payments through Stripe, which is a secure payment gateway. You can pay using all major debit/credit cards as well as apple pay.

When will I get my order?

We are currently working on a 7 working day turnaround for all personalised goods before dispatch.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have dispatched your order.

How are products personalised?

Products are personalised using a variety of different methods. These are either using a high quality embroidery machine, using the highest quality materials. This gives a high quality and long lasting finish.

Some items are personalised using high quality vinyl. This is done using a professional grade vinyl machine.

Other items are personalised using the Sublimation method which dyes the fabric.
