Who are We Three Bears?

We Three Bears are a small UK based family-run business creating beautiful personalised baby and children’s clothing, gifts, and accessories. Made with love and care for life’s most special moments. We can personalise your special gifts using either embroidery, printing or laser engraving.

Where are We Three Bears Based?

We are proudly based in Attleborough, Norfolk, UK. We have a retail shop at 10 Church Street, Attleborough, Norfolk, NR17 2AH where you can come and view our products in person. We have our studio directly above our shop where we have all of our machines and equipment so that all personalisation can be done in house.

Are Your Products Handmade?

We work with some amazing local manufacturers and suppliers who hand make their products, while other products are sourced from leading baby gift manufacturers. 
Personalisation is added by our professional grade embroidery machines, printers or laser engravers with the finishing touches done by hand.

We have a large range of products to suit every age from Newborn babies to toddlers, young children and even adults. We will help you find the perfect gift for any new parents, grandparents, friends or family.

What Occasions are Your Gifts Suitable for?

Our personalised gifts are ideal for new baby arrivals, birthdays, Christmas, baby showers, christenings, and first milestones.
As we can design and customise in house we can offer to create custom personalised gifts for any occasion.

Are your Products Suitable for Babies & Children?

Yes. We carefully select our suppliers and materials to ensure our products are suitable for little ones, following UK safety standards where applicable, such as being UKCA approved.

Can i Visit Your Shop in Person?

Absolutely! You’re very welcome to visit us at our shop at 10 Church Street, Attleborough, Norfolk, NR17 2AH where you can browse our full range and discuss your personalisation options. We can mock up designs and show you what your chosen personalisation will look like in a range of fonts and colours.

Do you Sell Non-Personalised Gifts?

We certainly do. Many of our products in-store and online can be purchased plain without any personalisation. 
If you would then like a name or design added to an item you can choose to add it to your order for a small fee.

Why did You Start We Three Bears?

We started We Three Bears when our kids were babies as i wanted the freedom to look after my children at home and earn an income at the same time. Starting from a small single machine in the corner of my bedroom to now having our very own shop and work studio.

What Personalised Gift Do We Three Bears Offer?

We Three Bears offers a wide range of personalised baby gifts including embroidered clothing, comforters, soft toys, keepsakes, and nursery gifts, all made to order in the UK.

How does personalisation work at We Three Bears?

Simply choose your product, enter the name or wording you’d like personalised in to the text box, select your font and colour options (if applicable), and we’ll create your item especially for you.
The product listing will show and tell you whether your item will be embroidered, printed or laser engraved.

How long does a personalised gift delivery take?

Our personalised gifts are made to order, and processing times vary by product. Our general processing time is 7-10 days, plus the delivery time of the deliver option you have chosen at checkout.

Are your personalised gifts made in the UK?

Yes. All of our personalised baby gifts are personalised in-house at our Norfolk-based shop, ensuring quality control and attention to detail.

Can I order a personalised baby gift for a last-minute present?

We do our best to offer fast turnaround on many of our items. If you need a personalised gift urgently, we recommend contacting us before ordering to check availability. We will always try to accommodate you so that no one misses out on their special gift.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift-ready packaging?

Many of our personalised baby gifts are presented in gift-ready packaging, making them perfect for sending directly to the recipient.
We do also add an upgrade option at checkout for your order to be presented in a strong white gift box, with your order wrapped beautifully in tissue paper inside. Secured close by a magnetic lid.

Can I send a personalised baby gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, you can send your personalised gift straight to the recipient, and we never include pricing in the parcel.
Simply enter your billing address at checkout and enter your chosen delivery address in the delivery section.

What happens if I make a mistake with my personalisation?

Please check all personalisation details carefully before ordering. If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

Do you accept returns on personalised items?

Personalised items are made especially for you and are non-returnable unless faulty or have arrived damaged. Full details can be found in our returns policy.

What are your customer support hours?

We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 24 hours during working days.

Where is my Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery and tracking details. All our orders are sent via Tracked post so you can track your order on either the Royal Mail, Evri or DPD website. If you need help, contact our support team.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with either a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make changes to your order. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order.

What if I entered the wrong personalisation details?

Please contact us straight away. If production hasn’t started, we’ll be able to change any personalisation you requested on your order.

What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

How do I care for my personalised items?

Care labels and instructions included in all clothing. Instructions are also provided on product pages and packaging. Following them helps keep your order at its best.
